Edward Katzura will be charged with the aggravated murder of Yael Melnik

After long weeks of interrogation and in the background criticism of the family members, the prosecution decided to accuse Katzura of the serious offense.

The prosecution decided today (Thursday) to charge Edward Katzura with the aggravated murder of the girl Yael Melnik about two months ago.

At the same time, a plaintiff's statement was filed in court.

This, after long weeks of investigation, and criticism from members of the Melnik family, who feared that the charge would be less serious.

The Melnik family welcomed the decision.

"This is a first and important step in prosecuting the suspect and achieving justice for Little Yael Melnik," they said.
