Hama-Sana
Today, the Hama Agriculture Directorate began selling half a million fruitful plants to citizens through its agricultural centers in Hama and Masyaf.
The director of Hama Agriculture, Dr. Sami Abu Dan, indicated to SANA reporter that the sale of 300,000 seedlings of olive varieties of Al-Qaisi, Al-Jalt, and Sourani varieties has begun at a price of 1,500 Syrian pounds, and 25 plants per family, and 100,000 seedlings of pistachios, a seed variety, at a price of 1,000 pounds, and 25 seedlings per family. It offered 100,000 seedlings of high quality citrus, peach, almond, fig and pomegranate varieties.
Abu Dan pointed out that all the plants are produced in the nurseries of the Hama Agriculture Directorate, which number seven, and have high production efficiency.
