The "Hong Kong Health Code" is for the purpose of customs clearance in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, so as to ensure that the relevant persons are not high-risk persons during the customs clearance, and will not bring additional risks to the prevention and control of the epidemic in the Mainland.
Application registration date
The "Hong Kong Health Code" adopts real-name registration, and it will be open to citizens to apply for registration of the "Hong Kong Health Code" account online from 9 am on December 10.
Version 3.0 of the "Travel with Peace" mobile app will also be launched simultaneously.
The Hong Kong version of the health code will have a "matching" function with Anxin Travel, and will adopt a real-name system.

Information required by the Hong Kong Health Code
"Hong Kong Health Code" applicants need to register personal information such as name, identification document number and date of issuance, contact telephone number, residential address, etc., and upload the proof of residence in Hong Kong. After verifying the residential address, the applicant will be issued a personal identification code To activate the account.
However, applicants who are currently living in public housing under the Housing Authority do not need to submit proof of address. The system will directly verify with the Housing Authority’s public housing tenant database.
Priority processing for Type 2 applications
The Innovation and Technology Bureau stated that it will give priority to processing applications that have already uploaded proof of residential address in Hong Kong and those currently living in public housing under the Housing Authority; if the applicant fails to provide proof of residential address in Hong Kong or the system fails to verify the residential address, it will be required Wait for the confirmation letter issued by the government. The relevant letter will be mailed to the applicant's registered address before the account can be activated. If the applicant is not a Hong Kong identity card holder, he/she must bring the letter and identification documents to the designated post office to verify identity.
What is the red, yellow and green code?
After successfully registering an account, "Kangkang Code" users can upload their travel records in the "Travel with Peace" app, declare their health online, and compare their residential addresses with travel records in the past 21 days and a list of confirmed and close contacts through the system. Obtain the red, yellow or green personal "Hong Kong Health Code" determined by the system.
"Red code":
Represents a confirmed person, a person suspected of being diagnosed, a close contact, a person whose home contact, a person diagnosed within 14 days after being discharged from the hospital, a person undergoing compulsory quarantine, or a person who has self-declared symptoms in the past 14 days.
"Yellow Code": People
who have visited or lived in a high-risk location in the past 21 days, have been in Hong Kong for less than 21 days, or have been in Hong Kong for less than 21 days after quarantine exemption, but do not include those who have passed through "Easy to Hong Kong" and " "Easy Return to Hong Kong" immigrants.
"Green Code":
Only valid on the same day, you can apply for transcoding to "Yuekang Code" or "Aokang Code". The related functions have not yet been activated.
The "Hong Kong Health Code" has been added to the health code system and data mutual recognition mechanism of Guangdong and Macau, and the color of the health code is judged for docking.
