The press service of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service announced that the anti-Russian hints by the Director of the British Foreign Intelligence Service MI6 Richard Moore greatly spoiled the atmosphere of any possible dialogue between the two sides.

In a statement today, the Office of the Press Service said that Moore "recently gave a speech at the International Institute for Strategic Studies in which he emphasized that the threat to global peace comes from China, Russia, Iran and international terrorism."

The statement said: The unconfirmed and unsubstantiated British accusations against Russia ended with the conclusion that ending Russia's destabilizing activities would allow the West to focus on common threats and resolve issues with Russia through dialogue.

The statement asked: What kind of dialogue are we talking about?

He stressed that after these baseless and provocative insinuations about Moscow's aggressive policy against Kiev, cyber attacks, etc., the atmosphere of potential dialogue has been greatly spoiled.
