The Public Establishment for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda has restarted 3 service wells after completing their maintenance and repair.
The director of maintenance and investment in the corporation, Eng. Samih Nasr, told SANA reporter today that the wells that have been re-operated are Al-Thaala 19 and 4 stations to supply water to subscribers in the city of As-Suwayda and Namira Shahba 2 to meet the needs of the people of the town of Namera in the northeastern countryside of As-Suwayda.
Engineer Nasr indicated that work is currently underway to repair the wells of Shahba 1, Ateel 2, and Rasas 5 in order to operate them and return them to service upon completion of the work required to repair them.
A few days ago, the Public Establishment for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda restored Areeqa 2 wells, Barak 1, Walga 2, As-Suwayda 12 and 28, Ora 6, Al-Mahrah 7, and Baka 1 for service.
