During sampling tests conducted today (Thursday) by the Ministry of Health among new Corona vertebrae, it was suspected that a student at one of the city's kindergartens, a suspect who had contracted the omicron variant.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Health instructed the parents of the girls who were near her to take precautions until the test results arrived.
The Bnei Brak municipality emphasized that, contrary to reports, the case has not yet been verified and there are no carriers of the new strain in the city.
Also, a message sent to the kindergarten parents and circulated on social media read: "Dear parents hello. The Ministry of Health should call you soon to inform you that the verified girl is suspected of the new variant. It will be recalled that so far two carriers of the new variant have been identified in Israel, along with 17 suspects who also contracted the variant.
