Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian discussed by phone today with the European Union's foreign policy chief Josep Borrell the file of the current negotiations in Vienna.
Abdullahian described these negotiations, despite their slowness, as good, and said that the Iranian delegation was actively present at the negotiating table, and the goal of participating in any of them is to completely end the sanctions that violate the nuclear agreement.
He affirmed his country's commitment to technical cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency, pointing out that Iranian experts are conducting technical and specialized talks within the framework of the Sanctions Ending Committee and the Nuclear Procedures Committee.
In turn, Borrell expressed his satisfaction with the start of negotiations and the willingness of his colleagues in the European Union to help solve the problem, describing this event as important, pointing out that all the negotiating delegations Germany, China, Russia, France and Britain, especially Iran, are working seriously to reach an agreement.
