US President Joe Biden announced that he is preparing a set of initiatives aimed at protecting Ukraine from what he called a possible (Russian attack) on it.
Biden said in a speech at the White House today that the goal of these initiatives "is to make it very difficult for Putin to do what people fear he will do."
The United States is leading a Western political and propaganda campaign accusing Russia of massing its forces on the border with Ukraine in order to justify NATO's eastward expansion and the deployment of nuclear missiles close to the Russian border.
