Moshe Hogg's lawyers today (Friday) withdrew the appeal against the restraining order regarding the offenses he is suspected of, which allows them to be published.
The line of sexual offenses that the police attribute to Moshe Celebrates the detainee in the fraud case: The investigation file attributes to the celebrant offenses of prohibiting the consumption of a minor, holding a place for prostitution, publishing an abomination, consensual prohibition and bringing a person into prostitution.
Investigators have ample prima facie evidence of the commission of these offenses.
Among other things, an apartment in Tel Aviv that was secretly held for the purpose of holding sex parties and drug use was exposed.
Documents of the offenses were also found.
In some of them on suspicion the young men and women who were there probably did not know they were being photographed.
It should be noted that in the extension of Hogg's last detention, this week, the police through Major Ariel Friedman did not object to the removal of the order on sexual offenses and left this to the discretion of the court.
Attorneys Moshe Mazor and Amit Haddad, representing Moshe Hogg, stated: "The decision was made after understanding that most of the things were published in one way or another and therefore there is no longer any point in the order in this format. These have no basis.
"We read and urge the media to wait before the verdict of Mr. Celebrating and not to rely on publications originating from stakeholders."
