The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection announced the possibility for citizens to start ordering materials via the electronic card, whether they are included in the subsidized price or available for purchase at the discounted positive intervention price by entering the applications for that to start selling tomorrow.
The ministry had announced the day before yesterday that it was taking logistical and technical measures in preparation for a new cycle of selling the allocated items via the electronic card.
During the months of October and November last year, a new mechanism was implemented for families to obtain their allocations of sugar and rice by specifying their requests electronically through the mobile application “Win” dedicated to receiving gas cylinders, via the Telegram channel, the website of the electronic card project, or through the “USSD” service On the number “Najma 9884 square”.
The beneficiary receives a text message that includes the date of receiving the materials from the hall specified by him within a day from the date the message was received. If he is unable to do so within the specified period, he can re-apply to take a new role.
