The deputy of the Alpes-Maritimes came first in the first round with 25.59% of the vote, very slightly ahead of the president of the Ile-de-France region, who, for her part, received the support of the three candidates who failed in the first round , Michel Barnier, Xavier Bertrand and Philippe Juvin.
In the first round, participation amounted to 80.89% of members, or 112,738 voters.
