New agreement with 67 countries on trade in services

The signatory states, including China, the United States and the European Union, cover 90% of the world market.


The agreement should have been announced at the ministerial conference of the World Trade Organization, if it had not been canceled at the last moment due to the Covid and postponed until March 2022. Sixty-seven member states of the WTO have announced Thursday that it had found a compromise on trade in services, which aims to facilitate trade.
