Russian President Vladimir Putin has criticized the Ukrainian army's use of Turkish-made military drones during its attacks on the Donbass region in southeastern Ukraine.
Putin said during a telephone conversation with the President of the Turkish regime, Recep Tayyip Erdogan today, that the Kiev forces' use of Turkish Bayraktar drones is a "provocation", stressing that the authorities in Kiev deliberately disrupt the implementation of the Minsk agreements to settle the crisis in the country.
According to a statement issued by the Russian presidency, the phone talks also touched on the tripartite agreement between Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia on the Nagorno-Karabakh region.
On the 26th of last month, Putin announced that during a tripartite meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, it was agreed to establish mechanisms for demarcating the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
