Occupied Jerusalem-SANA
The Israeli occupation authorities continue their brutal measures against Palestinian prisoners, especially female prisoners in occupation prisons, by depriving them of visiting their families.
Head of the Prisoners' Families Committee in Jerusalem, Amjad Abu Asab, told WAFA that the Israeli occupation deprives 12 female Jerusalemites in Damoon Detention Center from visiting their families for the third month in a row, as their last visit was last September.
Abu Asab pointed out that the suffering of Palestinian female prisoners is not limited to the denial of visits only, as the occupation authorities continue to violate them in order to impose more restrictions and psychological and physical abuse against them.
34 Palestinian female prisoners in Damoun prison are facing brutal violations and abuse by the occupation authorities.
