Indonesia's Mount Semeru volcano erupted, prompting evacuations and power outages on Saturday, authorities said.
The Mount Semeru volcano lookout in Candipuro district reports increased volcanic activity and hot ash clouds falling towards the village of Sapitarang in Pronojiwo district, East Java.
