The Japanese authorities announced today, the tightening of procedures for travelers coming to its territory from India, Greece and Romania, in addition to four American states, by submitting to a stricter quarantine to prevent the spread of the mutated Omicron strain of the Corona virus.
And the Japanese Kyodo News Agency stated that travelers from the three mentioned countries, as well as the US states of Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota and New York, will be subject to spending days in quarantine in the facilities specified by the Japanese government.
The Japanese government had earlier banned the entry of foreigners from 10 countries in southern Africa, and tightened quarantine procedures for foreign citizens and residents coming from dozens of countries and regions due to fears of Corona.
