Today, Yemeni air defenses shot down a Saudi regime spy plane while it was carrying out hostile actions in the airspace of Ma'rib Governorate.
Al-Masirah Net website quoted Yemeni armed forces spokesman, Brigadier Yahya Saree, as saying in a statement, "Our air defenses managed to shoot down an American-made Skan Eagle spy plane while it was carrying out hostile acts this morning in the airspace of the Juba area in Ma'rib governorate."
Saree added, "The process of shooting down the plane was carried out with a suitable weapon, and it is considered the seventh of the same type that our air defenses were able to shoot down this year."
Last Wednesday, Yemeni air defenses shot down a Saudi regime spy plane while it was carrying out hostile acts in the airspace of the governorates of Saada and Amran.
The Saudi regime has continued its aggression against the Yemeni people since 2015, leaving tens of thousands of victims and massive damage to infrastructure.
