CNN fired presenter Chris Cuomo yesterday (Saturday) following allegations that he tried to protect his brother, former New York Governor Andrew, who is accused of sexual harassment.
"Chris Cuomo was suspended earlier this week for assessing new information concerning his brother's protection," the leading American media network reported.
Following the suspension on Tuesday, CNN's legal counsel on Friday released his findings that Chris did act to protect his brother's good name.
According to the media network, the team of the "Cuomo Prime Time" program will continue to work for CNN.
At the same time, the person who will replace Chris in directing the show is Michael Samarkonish.

As you may recall, on August 10, Andrew Cuomo announced his resignation following a series of complaints against him by women who worked with him, and after a difficult report that revealed the extent of the acts he allegedly committed and the massive rendering work he did. I can help right now, is if I step aside and let the New York administration get back to work - so that's what I do, "Cuomo said at the time." I work for you (the New Yorkers) and I do the right thing, the right thing for you. "
