Berglern's mayor Anton Scherer has presented a list of tasks and projects for the future in a message to the community citizens, which informs the community about the main plans of the community instead of the general assembly, which seems suitable to fill the entire remaining municipal council election period.
Berglern - This is how Scherer formulates, among other things, the "establishment of the planning of the new fire station". He expressly calls this a “community duty”, probably also to clarify the priorities straight away. And then there is something on the task sheet that the community has been planning for a long time: Simon Oberhofer wanted to tackle the roof of the sports hall. It is about an energetic renovation of the hall roof.
And then the pressure increases on the municipalities to provide all-day schools by 2026.
This will also require investments in the school building, which no one can quantify at this point in time.
There are already desires, however, when it comes to space: the fire brigade's move to the new town center would create precisely this space, the buildings are already being partially used together.
Somehow all of this has to be financed, and here the focus is on the last commercial properties in the “Burgstall” area for the time being.
Scherer is a little cautious about this, as he writes that initially it is about a piece of land that he would like to turn into money, but he would like to sell more.
Scherer mentions this already large catalog of tasks only "a few examples" - and has reasons for it, because the mayor does not mention the Kratzerwirt a word.
But the topic is sure to come back on the council table.
Another thing can be ticked off in Berglern, at least for the time being: The children's playgrounds were a real focus of work for the building yard in 2021 as well.
Scherer writes that the playground on the Ringstrasse in particular has been completely redesigned.
In fact, the spacious system has been completely redesigned, much to the delight of the young mountain users.
