The report stressed Washington's need to work real seriously to guarantee the democratic rights of its people and improve its democratic system, as well as to assume more international responsibilities instead of always seeking to impose its own brand of democracy on others and using its own values ​​as means to divide the world into different camps or to interfere, sabotage and invade other countries under the pretext of democracy promotion.
