The owners of real rights in the regulatory area at the northern entrance to Damascus in the real estate areas, Gabon Industrial, Jobar, elected experts to represent them in the committees for estimating the value of real estate and estimating the shares in the project organizing the region.
Engineer Riad Diab, director of the Executive Project Directorate of Decree 66, explained in a statement to SANA reporter that each committee will include two experts from the elected owners, and they will be formed by a decision from the governor of Damascus after the nomination of a judge by the Ministry of Justice headed by him and the membership of two experts for each committee from the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, noting that the work of The committees include studying the evaluation and estimation of real estate values according to the current situation and based on inventory and description forms of land, building, trees, plantations and others.
Eng. Diab stressed the need for the main elected experts or replacements to attend and follow up on the interests of the owners and achieve justice for them in the Qaboun area and work on distributing the area in a fair and equitable manner and according to the prices that will be approved by the committee that will be formed for this purpose.
