The Cyber Department of the State Attorney's Office recently filed an indictment in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court against Boaz Drori (55) from Givatayim, for the offense of sexual harassment, after he posted contemptuous content on the Twitter network regarding the sexuality of former Prime Minister Sarah Netanyahu's wife.
The indictment, filed by attorney Or Arber, states that during the period relevant to the indictment, in which Sarah Netanyahu's husband, MK Benjamin Netanyahu, served as Israeli prime minister, the defendant held and maintained a Twitter account under the nickname "drori boaz" and username " @drori_boaz "It was followed by about a thousand surfers.
In March 2019, the defendant posted a tweet on his Twitter account: "I am so patriotic that I feel a national obligation to put Sarah Netanyahu on ... then with Jewish power and Zionist determination ... behind" (partial content of the tweet).
This publication amounts to sexual harassment of Sarah Netanyahu, since he addressed a degrading or degrading treatment of her in relation to her gender or sexuality.
