An indictment was filed today (Sunday) in the Magistrate's Court in Be'er Sheva against a minor from Rahat, for a shooting spree he carried out in the city about a month ago, as part of a conflict between factions from the same family.
The indictment includes weapons offenses, as well as offenses of intentional sabotage, firearms and threats.
Within an hour, the boy fired four times.
The shooting began when the minor opened fire at his stepbrother's store.
He then arrived at the neighborhood where he lives and shot at young people from the other faction of the family, who tried to calm him down.

In documentation from the incident, the boy was seen running towards his house and leaving it a minute later.
Later, he replaced a cartridge and fired at the houses in the neighborhood, where a family from the faction with which he is in conflict lives, in order to injure the family members, but these fled to the yard of a nearby house.
The minor began to return to his home, but then his cousin asked him to continue his actions.
Following this, he returned to the house and fired another shot at the family members.
This time, he hit the leg of a young woman, who needed surgery following the injury.
The police immediately began investigating the incident and began searching for the boy.
"This is a serious incident in which a minor used a firearm during a conflict between factions within an extended family in Rahat," said RNG Shai Malul, head of the interrogation department at the Rahat station who headed the investigation team together with Major Yossi Stavan.
"Immediately after the incident, the suspect tried to escape the terror of the law, but we managed to locate him in a hiding place in another city and arrested him together with another suspect, and keep him away from the public space."
