As part of the inspiring project, houses were renovated in eight localities - Pardes Hanna, Ramla, Ramat Gan, Kiryat Malachi, Haifa, Mevaseret Zion, Hadera and Tel Aviv.

At the end of the renovation, each senior received a menorah as a gift, and lit candles with the team of volunteers.

This is a project of the renovation patrol for the elderly and Holocaust survivors, together with volunteers from the "Snir" association, a total of about 50 volunteers.

As part of the project, the volunteers renovated the houses and took care of, among other things, dampness in the walls, accessibility to the apartment, window and electricity repairs, renovation of the furniture in the house, treatment of broken flooring, repairs and renovation of kitchen cabinets, renovation and repair of broken jambs and doors, renovation of showers and more.
