Wafa news agency quoted the Palestinian Families Club as saying that the occupation authorities released phosphorous today, 32 years, who went on an open hunger strike that lasted 131 days in protest against the continuous crimes of the occupation against the prisoners.
Phosphorous suspended his strike on the 22nd of last month after the occupation authorities acquiesced to his demands and issued a decision to release him on the 14th of this month.
The club pointed out that as a result of international pressures on the occupation, phosphorous was released today before the scheduled date for receiving treatment in Palestinian hospitals and saving his life as a result of the deterioration of his health condition as a result of the strike.
