Moscow, SANA-
Russian President Vladimir Putin has denied the flow of migrants to the European Union through his country, expressing hope that the situation will not deteriorate in this regard.
"We do not see the flow of migrants through Russia to Europe, and I very much hope that this situation will continue as it is," Putin was quoted as saying during today's meeting with the head of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Society, RIA Novosti news agency.
The Russian Foreign Ministry announced last month that the Russian embassy in Warsaw had not received any notice from the Polish authorities of the arrest of any Russian citizen involved in transporting migrants through Belarus to Poland.
Regarding the Russian Sputnik vaccine against the Corona virus, Putin announced that Russia should obtain a certificate from the World Health Organization as soon as possible in order for the vaccine to be widely disseminated in the countries of the world.
The Russian President stressed that overcoming the Corona pandemic requires unifying efforts at the global level, otherwise new strains of the virus will appear due to problems related to vaccination, pointing out that there are millions of people who have received vaccinations. Analysis of the information received after vaccinations shows that the Russian vaccine is one of the safest and most effective vaccines to protect against Corona Virus.
It is noteworthy that the Russian Ministry of Health registered more than a year ago, specifically on August 11, 2020, the “Sputnik V” vaccine, to be the first in the world to prevent the Corona virus, which was developed by the “Gamalia” Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology Research.
