Ismail left the nurses' stand during the shift, awarded a mattress and a pillow in the medicine room, turned off the lights and closed the door, in a way that did not allow him to monitor and monitor the condition of the hospitalized patients.

While he was sleeping, as mentioned, the deceased's respiratory tube was disconnected.

About four hours after leaving the position a city worker assisted the defendant, and called him to the room where the deceased was staying.

Despite resuscitation attempts on the deceased, his death was determined.
