The case on violence was closed after years - the assistant returned to work
An assistant in her twenties from the southern region did not know why she deserved it: after long months working in the nursery of the Ministry of Education temporarily, she was about to receive the coveted tenure.
However, when she tried to bid in a tender that was put out to work, she was unexpectedly stopped

Criminal case (Photo: ShutterStock)
The nursery supervisor at the Ministry of Education is the one who retroactively stopped the appointment.
The reason: a criminal case, pending against the police assistant for 3.5 years for domestic violence.
All the pleas, requests and tears of the assistant were to no avail, and she found herself out of the system.

The brother wanted revenge on the nurse who complained against him
When the assistant was asked to resolve the complaint filed against her, she said that several years ago her brother who was addicted to drugs came to her parents' house and demanded money from them.
When they refused, the brother started beating them, and the nurse who was nearby hurried to call the police and call for help.
According to the nurse, in revenge for the move she took - when she called police to her parents' house - the brother decided to file a complaint against her, according to which she beat him.
The case has been dragged on by the police for 3.5 years, and throughout that time the aide did not understand why she could not access government tenders.
Police admitted the case was towed due to a mistake
All the assistant's attempts to contact the police station on the subject and explain what happened so that the injustice could be rectified came to light. In my appeal to the police I demanded her urgent intervention, and I chilled that the fact that the case had been smeared and not closed for so long did not allow the aide to apply for government tenders and infringed on her freedom of occupation. I emphasized that this is a case of low severity, which apparently has not been closed to date solely due to human error.
Moreover, I noted that insofar as there was evidence in this case, the police were faced with alternatives such as applying for a conditional settlement procedure, closing the case due to lack of public interest, or transferring it to a more appropriate framework that helps deal with domestic violence.
Police admitted that the case was dragged for a long time and was not closed due to a mistake, and ordered it closed due to lack of evidence. Without my intervention, the closure of the case would probably have been delayed for many months, and perhaps beyond, and the assistant could not have returned to work.
In conclusion, the conclusion that emerges from the affair is that if a criminal case is pending against you, which has not been closed for a long time, you should contact a lawyer who specializes in the subject and can act to close the case against you immediately.
In this regard, it is important to contact a professional lawyer who specializes in the subject, as an incorrect application by an unskilled person to the police can have the opposite effect, "wake up" the dead - and lead to prosecution and the filing of an unwanted indictment.
