Some of the leading real estate companies are showing the results of the predatory price increases with dramatic increases in net profit and sales in the first nine months of the year.

Regions

In the first nine months of 2021, YH Damari sold 634 housing units in Israel, for a monetary consideration of approximately NIS 1.2 billion, compared with 497 housing units in the corresponding period last year, for a monetary consideration of approximately NIS 745.8 million.

Record sales of 244 units at NIS 400 million in the first nine months of the year, compared to 70 units at NIS 95 million in the corresponding period last year.

A 5-fold jump in total profit to NIS 40.5 million in the first nine months of the year, compared to NIS 7.9 million last year.
