He was once transferred to a prisoner of war camp in Inshima City, Japan as a coolie. He did not travel on an aircraft carrier until the Japanese surrendered. Sydney, Australia, and later moved to Canada. He has been working in the local tax bureau for 30 years. After retiring, he also enjoyed his life in Vancouver. He died in Canada on the 22nd of last month at the age of 99.
