Three skiers were killed and two others injured in an avalanche in central Austria.
And the Associated Press quoted Austrian police as saying in a statement that the three victims were among a group of 11 skiers who faced an avalanche during a ski tour in the Twenge area in Salzburg, noting that two skiers were also injured by the collapse, while the rest were not hurt.
She pointed out that all the victims held Austrian citizenship, two of them were 19 years old and the others were 24 years old.
