The Syrian General Insurance Corporation launched the interactive platform service on its website with the aim of ensuring communication with citizens, especially the insured with the institution, and addressing their problems related to health insurance or compulsory car insurance and other issues related to the institution's services.
In a statement to SANA, the Director General of the Foundation, Dr. Nizar Zayoud, explained that citizens can send their complaints, opinions and suggestions through the new service, which contributes to solving problems and solving obstacles they encounter, developing, simplifying and facilitating the provision of services to them, saving time, effort and the trouble of moving to the Foundation's branches and its affiliates.
Zayoud pointed out that there is a specialized team from the Foundation that will receive electronic contributions submitted by citizens through the platform to be processed immediately and to study proposals that would simplify the provision of insurance services, indicating that the platform falls within the Foundation's endeavor to develop work and overcome all difficulties and challenges it faces.
Any citizen or insured with the Syrian General Insurance Corporation can send his name, phone number, e-mail and the subject of his complaint or suggestion through the interactive platform on the link published on the institution’s page so that the necessary action can be taken by the institution directly.
