The third case was in Li Po Chun United World College in Sha Tin, involving 4 men and 22 women, a total of 26 people, aged between 16 and 20. The first onset was on November 29 with symptoms of cough, sore throat and runny nose.

Four of them have sought medical treatment; all are in stable condition and do not need to be hospitalized.

Staff of the Centre for Health Protection have provided advice on the prevention of respiratory tract infections to the three schools mentioned above and are under medical supervision.

As the symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection are similar to those of new coronary pneumonia, Happy Valley Blood Kindergarten and Shatin Li Po Chun United World College have included mandatory testing announcements on the 29th of last month and the 2nd of this month, respectively, and suspended classes for at least 5 days for cleaning; health protection The centre has also directly provided stool sample bottles and deep throat saliva test sample collection kits to the infant group of Po Leung Kuk in Causeway Bay.
