Resident Miss Huang, who posted on the Facebook group "Tseung Kwan O Home", described the situation at the time of the incident.

She pointed out that her nephew went to play with a few children in the Royal View Bay Estate Park last Thursday afternoon. There were other children on the grass, but a 9-year-old boy picked up a homemade stick. A long stick, with a thin blade stuck to the tip of the stick, suddenly inserted into your nephew's head. Your nephew needs to be sent to hospital for immediate treatment.

Ms. Huang quoted that after the boy injured his nephew, he left after repeatedly saying "nothing" four times, but the boy seemed to have no regrets and kept staring at his mother.
