What is the latest date for the test?

The test will be performed before the children return to school from the Hanukkah holiday.

Students who for any reason will be absent from school on 7.12.21 will be required to bring the certificate after having performed the preliminary examination before returning.

The test results are valid for 24 hours.

How are the results of the test reported?

There are several ways - using an online form, a manual form that can be printed out and brought to the educational institution and a handwritten declaration form.

The online form and for printing can be found on the website of the Ministry of Education.

Parents who do not have access to the printer will be able to write a handwritten declaration form according to the wording in the manual form.

The statement must contain the following details: name and identity card of the student, name of the parent, confirmation that an antigen test was performed according to the instructions and indication of the result of the test.

In case the test result is positive, it is forbidden to send the student to school, and you must continue to follow the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and perform a PCR corona test on the child at the test station closest to your place of residence.

And what happens to those who do not do the test?

Reporting a negative test result is a condition for returning from vacation to the educational institution.

Who is exempt from performing the test

Students with a "green mark", students with special needs for whom a signed declaration has been issued that they have a disability certificate issued by the National Insurance Institute and students with special needs for whom a signed statement has been presented according to which they have been eligible for special education services.
