Honoring human and intellectual figures in Jaramana

He attended literature and poetry with honoring personalities in humanitarian and creative work through the ceremony hosted by the Waqf Hall in Jaramana under the title (Your flags, my homeland), in the presence of media professionals and artists.

The ceremony, which was held by the cultural station in the city, in cooperation with the Al-Kithara Association in Aleppo, included poetic texts that were dominated by the patriotic side, praising the sacrifices of the Syrians during the war, and the artist Wael Abu Shibli presented patriotic and social songs.

The names of the honored personalities at the ceremony included Dr. Ihsan Ezz El-Din, Dr. Salem Faisal Aloon Al-Jassem, Muhammad Halawani, the media personality Hussein Mufarrej, the engineer Mayada Ghazal, and the artists Jihad Al-Zoghbi and Mirna Haddad.

In his speech, the Governor of Damascus Countryside, Engineer Moataz Abu Al-Nasr Jamran, praised the role of the intellectual and the media person, in addition to the struggle of our people in the face of conspiracies and terrorism.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Harp Association in Aleppo, Ahmed Al-Ahmad, also referred to the importance of the role of culture and art and work to honor those who persevered in the face of the terrorist war on Syria.

Abeer Nader, head of Jaramana TV, spoke about the cultural institutions' celebration of creators of all walks of life, especially those who continued their giving in times of war, defying the most difficult circumstances.

A documentary film was also shown on the cultural, artistic, recreational and sports activities carried out by the Al-Kithara Association in Aleppo.
