At the end of 2018, a school bus in North Point was suspected of failing to pull the handle, and the body rushed forward. The home of an 83-year-old male deceased was filed with the District Court last Friday (3rd) to claim compensation from the driver and the babysitter car company. The petition did not specify the amount of the claim.
The plaintiff was the deceased man Liang Hong, and his family member Liang Xiwen filed the complaint on his behalf. The defendants were the driver Wu Yaozong and Yixing Travel Co., Ltd.
The complaint alleges that at approximately 2 pm on December 10, 2018, the driver Wu Yiu-chung drove a light minibus with a license plate of HG365. The accident caused the vehicle to accidentally occur on the ramp of Changkang Street and was on King’s Road and Hei Wo due to negligence. The 83-year-old man Liang Hong was killed at the junction of the street, and his family claimed compensation for the incident.
