This Monday morning, Eric Ciotti explained on Twitter that he proposed to Valérie Pécresse to "defend" the ideas of the right "together, in tandem, side by side".
"I wish her victory," he added in another tweet.
Guest of France Bleu, he admitted that Eric Zemmour was his "friend" and that he shared with him "certain points of view" but affirmed that he would not leave "not (his) political family".
"My candidate is Valérie Pécresse," he hammered.
To win it will take strong and right ideas.

For her part, the president of the Ile-de-France region assured France Inter, this Monday morning, that the deputy of the Alpes-Maritimes would have "a special place in (his) campaign because he embodies the right Pasqua".

This Sunday, Eric Ciotti had notably estimated, on BFMTV, that "the message launched (Saturday) by Valérie Pécresse" was "not a good message".
He was referring here to the fact that the candidate LR had explained, at the 20 Hours of TF1: "it is my project which was chosen by the militants, it is my line which can make it possible to gather widely".

Eric Ciotti, who collected 39% of the vote during the second round of the LR congress, also announced this Sunday the creation of his movement - whose name very clearly reveals the imprint he wants to leave on his party -: " To the right !
".
He thus intends to defend "the values of the strong right".
