They were charged with a total of 12 counts, namely three counts of conspiracy to theft, which violated section 9 of the Theft Ordinance and section 159A of the Criminal Offences Ordinance; seven counts of providing benefits to agents violated section 9 of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (2) Section (a); and the acceptance of benefits by two agents violates Section 9(1)(a) of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance.

Ten people will defend themselves in the District Court on February 7 next year.
