The election committee list has been updated.
The Candidate Qualification Review Committee published a notice in the Gazette today (6th), announcing that Cen Guoxin is an effective ex officio member of the Election Committee among the subsectors of the education sector.
The qualification review committee is currently chaired by Chief Secretary for Administration Li Jiachao.

According to section 5J of the Schedule to the Chief Executive Election Ordinance (Chapter 569), persons who hold positions specified under the Ordinance can be registered as ex officio members of the Election Committee.
According to the Qualifications Commission, due to changes in the number of personnel in the designated positions of the Hong Kong Council of the Church of Christ in China in the education subsector, the newly appointed persons in the specified positions have resubmitted the application for registration of ex officio members, and the Qualifications Commission has ruled that the registration is valid.
Cen Guoxin is currently the Chairman of the Education Ministry of the Hong Kong Conference of the Church of Christ in China.
Looking through the information, the original appointment designated by the committee was Huang Chengrong.
