According to the police, the victim's name was Chen, 23 years old, and she was injured in the abdomen; the arrested woman was named Yang, 46 years old, and she was the mother of the victim.
At 3:17 in the morning, the police received a report from the neighbour of the victim, stating that she was found to have been injured when she was heard calling for help from Chen Nv in Zhenghe Building, Tsz Ching Village.
The officers arrived at the scene and after preliminary investigation, it is believed that Yang Fu had attacked his daughter with a knife in a unit on the site.
The case was listed as "wounding" and was handed over to the Wong Tai Sin Police District Criminal Investigation Team for follow-up.
Miss Chen was injured in a coma and was sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment. Fu Yang had no superficial injuries, and she was consciously sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for examination.
