The average distance between the place of decision of an investment and the place of the investment was established at 3,120 kilometers in mid-2021. In 2020, it fell by almost 5% worldwide, a maximum observed by the industry barometer published by Trendeo since its creation in 2016. This decrease, which began in 2018 and 2019, continued at a lower level in 2021: "

Some 115 relocations have been identified since September 2019. For the year 2021 alone, the study identifies 45 establishments that have generated more than five jobs, mostly thanks to financial aid from the government and European Union recovery plan.
