A Dutch appeals court on Tuesday (December 7) found itself incompetent to hear a case brought by a Palestinian who holds Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz responsible for the deaths of six relatives in an Israeli raid on Gaza in 2014.

The Dutch courts are not competent to judge the petition
" because it involves military personnel carrying out the policy of the Israeli state, ruled the court of appeal in The Hague, upholding the decision taken in January 2020 by a court of first instance.
