Armenia and Azerbaijan, who accuse each other of racial discrimination especially during their war of autumn 2020, must stop the "aggravation" of their dispute, said Tuesday (December 7th) the International Court of Justice (ICJ) , highest court of the United Nations.

“Both parties must refrain from any action which could aggravate or prolong the dispute before the Court or make it more difficult to resolve,” said Joan Donoghue, the presiding judge of the court, who sits in The Hague.
