A 30-year-old woman, suspected of having stabbed her ex-companion with a fatal stab, was indicted and placed in pre-trial detention, the Bourges public prosecutor said on Tuesday.

The facts occurred during the night from Saturday to Sunday.
The mis en cause is suspected of having struck a fatal stab in the throat to his ex-husband, 35 years old.

According to the regional daily, the facts occurred during a party to which the victim was not invited, and during which the participants had consumed a large amount of drugs and alcohol.
A homicide investigation was opened by the Bourges prosecutor's office.
