Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi affirmed that Iranian oil sales have improved remarkably despite the US threats and embargo imposed on the country.
"The quantities of our exports of oil and gas condensate have improved more than before, despite the US embargo," IRNA quoted Raisi as saying today during a ceremony held on the occasion of the National Student Day, noting that the situation of foreign exchange reserves in his country is in good condition and is not worrying in light of the current conditions.
Raisi stressed the Iranian government's keenness not to link the economy and people's living conditions to the negotiating table over the nuclear agreement.
A new round of talks took place last week between Iran and the Four Plus One Group in Vienna on reviving the Iranian nuclear agreement signed in 2015 and the Iranian side stressed the need to lift all Western sanctions on the country.
