Mark Meadows, who was secretary general of the White House under the Donald Trump administration and said he was going to collaborate with the commission investigating the January 6 insurrection on Capitol Hill, now says he will not appear.
The legislative commission has warned him that it will seek to indict him for contempt if he does not appear.
