Thousands take part in a protest in Habima Square against the government's conduct regarding the relations of RAAM members with Hamas operatives in Gaza • "The government forgets that we are a Jewish and democratic state, and tries to obscure its identity"

About 3,000 people came tonight (Tuesday) to the right-wing protest in Tel Aviv.

The demonstrators are protesting against what they call "the government's conduct regarding the relations of the PM with Hamas in Gaza."

The rally, which takes place in Habima Square in the city, is attended by right-wing MKs, public figures, rabbis, Likud and religious Zionist activists and bereaved families.

"We are being pushed into multiculturalism and the status of an ethnic minority," Shefi Paz said at the demonstration.

"Wars to the territory of mixed crime wars of Sudanese Bedouins, Ukrainians, Georgians, Filipinos, Congolese and the like. Instead of governance, the infiltrator is called 'brother'. The station commander tells us that everything is under control. .

"Every time I leave the house and immediately throw stones and swear, I think of my late parents, Holocaust survivors who immigrated to Israel so that no one would tell their little girl - a stinking Jew."

The head of the Red Line protest headquarters, Yoel Shilo: "The government forgets that this is a Jewish and democratic state, that our ancestors fought to establish, and today it is trying to blur its identity in its actions. There is no legitimacy for this government and we do not accept it.
