Le Roch hotel
An essential winter dish, raclette can be enjoyed on any occasion. Whether you like it at home or in a restaurant, the one at the Roch Hotel is definitely worth a detour. At least until March, we are told, in its ephemeral Little Chalet perched on its secret terrace, the 5-star Parisian offers a moment of conviviality around the traditional recipe of Valais origin. On the menu: velouté of butternut, raclette from the Savoyard house Edmond, selection of cold meats from Montalet, salad and pickles for freshness, for dessert a chestnut-blueberry Mont-Blanc, and an infusion of fresh herbs - mint or rosemary - for digest. On the decorative side, the small refuge has combined chic and mountain objects of all kinds: skiing, illustrations, milk jug, ewers and cowbells. Far from the turmoil of the Opera district,people come here to warm up around the cast iron stove.
