The Prato prosecutor's office filed the request for indictment for the three suspects in the investigation into the death of Luana D'Orazio,
the 22-year-old worker who died on May 3 in the framework where she worked, in Montemurlo (Prato) .
Asked for the trial for the owner of the company, Luana Coppini,
her husband Daniele Faggi, believed to be the de facto owner, and the external maintenance technician of the company, Mario Cusimano.
The crimes for which all three will have to answer are manslaughter and willful removal of the anti-accident precautions.
